Shipping Charges
A flat fee of $5.00 applies to all orders up to the value of $30, for all orders over $30 the shipping is fee $7.00.

We make every effort to get all orders away the same day they are received. If you are paying by Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque or Money Order, please be aware that goods are not shipped until the funds have been fully received. Please ensure that we receive the payment within seven (7) work days of placing the order or the transaction will be cancelled and the products placed back into the shop. This is in all fairness to other customers so they may purchase the products.

Delivery times may vary according to the efficiency of courier services. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not Registered or Insured.

We make every effort to keep our website up to date on stock quantities. In the event that an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, we will contact you by email notification. On receiving the notification you have 24 hours to request any changes and/or additions to your order.
